We are pleased to inform you that you are invited to submit your offer for implementation of the tasks listed in the Terms of Reference (Annex 1) attached to this letter.

Type of contract: Procurement of Consultant services
Maximum budget: EUR – 3.600 (Gross amount)
Tender documentation (Offer format and details to be provided):
- Signed Declaration Letter (form as Annex 2 attached to this Invitation Letter);
- Curriculum vitae (CV), and two professional references attached to the CV;
- The usual proof of nationality under the national legislation (passport).
Submission of the tender documentation:
Interested candidates shall submit their offers in electronic format to the following email info@semm.mk and include “Tender documentation for Consultant services for Business Plan Development – Lot number 5.6” in the subject line of the email.
Application deadline: October 8, 2021, 17:00 CET. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Grounds for exclusion: As part of the tender, bidders must submit a signed declaration, Annex II attached to this letter, to the effect that they are not in any of the exclusion situations listed in Section 2.4 of the document “Annex 4 – Procurement by grant beneficiaries in the context of EU external action”.
Selection and Award Criteria
The award criteria is the highest amount of awarded points from the evaluation process. More specifically:
- Technical capacity – Possible 60 points
- Professional experience – Possible 40 points.
Signature of the Contract:
The successful bidder will be informed in writing via email that their offer has been accepted within maximum 5 days after the final date for submission of offer. Within 3 days on receipt of the contract already signed by the legal representative of Council of Media Ethics of Macedonia, the selected bidder shall sign and date the contract and return it to the Council of Media Ethics by email in scanned version on the following email info@semm.mk.
