Milena Krsteva holds a degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje. Immediately after graduation, she started working as a statistician in the private sector. In 2015, she moved to the civil sector, where she worked as a financial and administrative director. After completing training on “Management and Implementation of EU-funded Projects” in 2016, she obtained a certificate in managing and implementing EU projects. She joined the CMEM team in March 2023 as Program Coordinator.
