Master of Philological Sciences, with twenty years of work experience, both institutionally and in the civil sector, where she was part of the Expert Working Group of the InterGovernmental Body for Protection of Human Rights of the Republic of North Macedonia. She has long-term working experience in the public administration and is a distinguished savant of the reform processes and EU’s integration policies. From the civil sector point of view, she works in the sphere of adult education, building capacities, research, analysis, and evaluation. She is the author of several papers on personal data protection, part of the expert group for the preparation of the postgraduate program in this field. Author of the Code for reporting when children are victims or perpetrators of crimes. Contribute to the development of the Online Media Guidelines for Ethical Reporting. Member of the Complaint’s Commission from 2019 until the election of the position of Executive Director of CMEM, April 2022. Special contribution in analyzes, research and papers in the field of fight against corruption, transparency and accountability, openness of institutions and media monitoring, as well as child abuse on the Internet. Member of the Steering Committee of the South East Europe Internet Governance Dialogue Initiative. Certified adult trainer, special long-term contribution in education of different target groups. Part of the privacy community with a special interest in the "security and surveillance" and "media privacy" sectors. Multi-project media literacy trainer.
Ka diplomuar në punë dhe politikë sociale në Universitetin Shën Kirili dhe Metodi në Shkup, e specializuar në qasjen psikosociale në punën sociale në Universitetin në Zagreb. Kreu studimet master në fushën e të drejtave të njeriut dhe demokracisë në Evropën Juglindore në Universitetet në Sarajevë dhe Bolonjë. Që nga viti 2005 është kyçur në sektorin civil. Ka bashkëpunuar në një numër të madh projektesh për përforcimin e kategorive të ndjeshme të qytetarëve, për të drejtat e njeriut dhe demokracinë. Në janar të vitit 2015 filloi të punojë në KEMM.
Zaklina Hadji Zafirova is a long-standing journalist, editor and co-founder of the Center for investigative journalism SCOOP-Macedonia. Her focus is investigative journalism. She has worked for many domestic and international media and NGO-s. Lately, she is working on academic papers in the field of media. She graduated at Interdiscplinary journalism studies at Law faculty “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje. She holds masters’ degree in international law and politics. Hadji Zafirova has been working for Council of media ethics since march 2022, in charge for developing programs.
